ABOUT THIS SPACE

At Overscaig House, the world goes quiet.

The loch opens beside you, the hills rise around you, and deer wander through the garden. Inside, open fires, a cinema room and cosy spaces offer warmth while the Highland weather moves outside.

Remote, peaceful and unforgettable, this former fishing hotel is now a lochside retreat for families, friends and anyone needing calm, nature and true Highland magic.

Wake to deer grazing at dawn. Fall asleep to absolute silence. Live at the pace the Highlands intended.
